We ship worldwide (excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia) via the following methods:

Free Shipping
- Carrier: EMS
- Available for orders over $50
- Processing time: 1-2 business days
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Feminine Flow Fashion purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving your order.
Important Exceptions
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:
- Underwear
- Bikinis
Exceptions will only be made if these items arrive defective or damaged.
Our Return Process
Step 1: Initiate Your Return
Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order with:
- Subject: Return/Exchange Request – Order #[Your Order Number]
- Body: Include your order number, items to return (name and size), reason for return, preferred resolution (refund or exchange), and your return address
Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
Within 2 business days, we’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions. Include this RMA with your return.
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Package items securely in original condition with tags attached and include the original packing slip. Ship to:

Refund Process
- Processing time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
- Refunds issued to original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- May take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Exchange Process
Follow the same return process above, indicating you’d like an exchange:
- We’ll ship your new item within 2 business days of receiving your return
- You’ll receive tracking information via email
- We cover the shipping cost for exchanges
- If your exchange item is unavailable, we’ll contact you about alternatives or issue a refund
Damaged or Defective Items
