Please note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on underwear and bikinis unless they arrive defective or damaged. All other items (dresses, shorts, skirts, t-shirts, and tank tops) may be returned or exchanged.

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
Within 2 business days, our customer service team will email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return instructions. Please include this RMA number with your return.
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Package the item(s) securely in their original condition with tags attached and include the original packing slip. Ship to:

Return shipping costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Refund Process
When Will I Receive My Refund?
- Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for processing
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Depending on your financial institution, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement
Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.

- Once we receive your return, we’ll process your exchange
- Your new item will be shipped within 2 business days

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If your requested exchange item is out of stock, we’ll contact you to discuss alternatives or issue a refund.
Damaged or Defective Items
